Responsible for all aspects of our relationship with key enterprise accounts and the implementation/utilization of our CommADVISOR product in those accounts. CommADVISOR provides a fully automated solution for financial and facilities management of our enterprise customer’s voice, video, and data communications systems.

This key client-contact position is an intensely hands-on responsibility, overseeing all aspects of program management and execution within a small set of major accounts. Program execution includes initial implementation, deployment and broad-scale adoption within a given client organization. Requires a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with AT LEAST 5 years of direct telecom management experience, preferably from within a large enterprise or as part of a top-tier systems integration firm such as Accenture, EDS, IBM or Perot Systems. Must have a track record and personality that is always customer solution and service centric, no holds barred.

Must be familiar with a variety of telecom concepts, practices, and procedures. Familiarity with enterprise IT and financial reporting systems is a plus. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a wide variety of hands-on tasks. Leads and directs the work of others, including our engineering and business development teams. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

This position reports to top management, and is based in our Burlington, Massachusetts headquarters.
