Senior CommADVISOR Business Analyst

This position is responsible for the implementation/utilization of our CommADVISOR product in key enterprise accounts.  CommADVISOR provides a fully automated solution for financial and facilities management of our enterprise customer's voice, data, and wireless communications systems.

This intensely hands-on position is responsible for the initial implementation, support and maintenance of the software requirements for all product implementations.  Key functions will include managing all service inventory, tariff and rate data within the system for all enterprise customer sites. Involves analyzing and making necessary recommendations to improve the efficiency and functionality of the CommADVISOR system, participating in projects related to enhancing/upgrading the CommADVISOR production process, and developing supporting methods to track overall system performance.

Success in this position will lead to Team Leadership and/or Program Management roles as we continue to grow our installed base of CommADVISOR customers.

A successful track record in system analysis of large enterprise business information systems is a must, preferably with telecom billing or financial reporting systems. We're also interested in you if you have an operations background in telecom pricing, billing and ordering.  Requires a strong working knowledge of telecom services, contracts, pricing, and tariffs, along with an extensive understanding of invoice processing and payments. Systems thinking skills are essential.  Requires advanced knowledge of Excel and Access, as well as other MS-Office tools.  Must be able to analyze and interpret data effectively, and be able to communicate the results to our customers and partners.  Familiarity with enterprise IT and financial reporting systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) is a plus.  The successful candidate will be highly organized, very detail oriented, able to multitask, and able to manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent verbal/written communication skills are mandatory.
