As co-founder and CEO, Ilan contributed to the creation and vision of the company. He is responsible for the development and management of Cerylion's continued growth and direction.

Prior to co-founding Cerylion, Ilan co-founded Flair Technologies Ltd., and served as the company's CEO. At Flair, Ilan initiated and led the development and marketing of information retrieval and decision support products for the defense community and private sectors in the Israeli industry.

Ilan is an entrepreneur and pioneer in information management and IT infrastructure technologies. Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, he began his self-taught career in technology and business 20 years ago. From 1980 to 1984, he rose from Programmer to Program Manager at Da-Rom, Ltd., an IT outsourcing company. In 1985, Ilan served as a Chief Technology Officer for Toam Aspaka VeYivuh Ltd., a large financial service company, where he was responsible for managing the technical infrastructure of all information systems.

From 1986 to 1987, Ilan served as chief information officer for B.G. Polymers, an industrial company. From 1987 to 1996, Ilan was employed by Contahal Ltd., a major system integrator in the Israeli market, where he rose from account manager to Managing Director of the Flair Division.
