Efim (Haim) Margulis

Co-Founder, Chief Scientist and Vice President of Research & Development

As co-founder, Chief Scientist and Vice President of Research & Development, Mr. Margulis contributes to the creation and vision of the company's technology, and he is responsible for managing the company research and development activities.

Mr. Margulis is an entrepreneur and pioneer in information management and IT infrastructure technologies. After receiving his degree, he became the Head of Laboratory for Information Retrieval Systems Software at Perm Research Institute for Control Machines and Systems, USSR. Mr. Margulis then served as the Head of the Department for automation at the Institute for Soviet Legislation (Ministry of Justice, USSR). After relocating to Israel, he worked in the private sector where he served as a vice president of research and development for several startup and established companies in the Israeli market. In March 2000, Mr. Margulis joined Cerylion Israel Ltd to serve as Chief Scientist and Vice President. He earned a M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics from Perm University (USSR).
